ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry frequently.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first respondent is harassing the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that neither a complaint nor any case is pending against the petitioners on the file of the respondent police and the first respondent is neither harassing the petitioners nor interested in harassing the petitioners whatsoever.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that now the presence of the petitioners is not necessary to the respondent police either for interrogation or for enquiry.
