ORDER

The present petition is filed for recalling NBW issued by the trial Court in C.C.No..154 of 2015 on 08.12.2017.

2. The case is now posted on 19.03.2019. Primarily it is the matter where the petitioner ought to surrender before the trial Court and file necessary application for recalling the warrant.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in between the petitioner himself has suffered some major injuries in an accident and hence he could not appear before the trial Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to make this statement before the concerned Magistrate Court, who may evaluate the same and pass necessary orders.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
