2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that already the petitioner was arrested in Crime No.187 of 2017 under Section 392 of I.P.C., of Aruppukottai Taluk Police Station and remanded to Judicial Custody and when he was in custody in that case the respondent police tried to implicate the petitioner in another case and hence the petitioner has filed the present petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
