PRAYER IN CROS.OBJ(MD) No.SR363 of 2015:- Pleased to allow the present Cross Appeal by enhancing the compensation awarded by the Tribunal in M.C.O.P.No.22 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Principal District Judge, Theni dated 20.12.2012 from Rs.5,34,360/- to Rs.10,00,000/- by enhancing Rs.4,65,640/- with interest of 7.5% p.a Prayer in CMA(MD). 1241/ 2014 :

To set aside the order of the Tribunal of MACT cum Principal District Judge, Theni made in MCOP No.22 of 2011 dated 20.12.2012 and allow the appeal with costs and render justice.
