This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to file the final report in Crime No.40 of 2015 dated 03.02.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, case was closed as ''mistake of fact'' and referred charge sheet notice has been served on the petitioner.
