ORDER

The petitioner seeks protection to his house from the attempt of trespass by the respondents 3 to 7.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's brother namely Anbarasan has married the third respondent and they have some matrimonial differences. The said Anbarasan had filed certain proceedings before the Family Court, Madurai, whereas, the third respondent has instituted a criminal case against her husband. In this background, the respondents 3 to 7 are attempting to trespass into the petitioner's peaceful possession of his residential property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. If the petitioner apprehends any real threat to his life,

liberty and right to his property at the hands of the respondents 3 to 7, the petitioner is required to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent, who shall hold such necessary enquiry on the same and take appropriate decision as may be necessary to protect the petitioner's life, liberty and right to property.

5. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
