ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. 2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to declare the petition mentioned document as null and void. He has given a representation in this regard. The relief sought for by the writ petitioner cannot be granted by the authorities under the Registration Act, 1908. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for indicating his rights. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 3.Granting such liberty to the writ petitioner to move before the jurisdictional civil Court for appropriate relief, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
