ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.357 of 2017 and file a final report at early.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that even though the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.357 of 2017 under Sections 147, 341, 294(B), 323 of I.P.C., on 30.07.2017, so far the respondent has not filed a final report.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the case is under investigation and he seeks three months time to file a final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
