ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 13.02.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 294(b), 324 & 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.62 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that during the temple festival the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant, thereby the defacto complainant sustained injury. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the the petitioner is a history sheeter and there are seven previous cases pending against him for the offences under sections 392, 394 and 379 IPC and vehemently opposed to entertain this petition. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner is a history sheeter and there are seven previous cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.Accordingly, this Criminal original petition stands dismissed.
