2. The instant writ petition has been field seeking a mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to offer necessary clarification based upon the communication issued by the 6th respondent on 25.11.2024.
3. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner has applied for the post of 'Fitter' in the year 2015 and he was not selected and some third party was appointed in the said post. Thereafter, alleging that the petitioner was wilfully excluded from the selection process, the petitioner is continuously sending representations/communications seeking 1 crore compensation from the officials who were involved in the selection process.
The 6th respondent after receiving such representations/communications has forwarded the same to the 1st respondent herein, seeking clarification by way of proceedings dated 25.11.2024.
4. The facts captured would clearly indicate that the petitioner having not challenged the selection of the third party to the post of 'Fitter' in the year 2015 has been sending representations seeking 1 crore compensation from the officials who were involved in the selection process.

5. This Court does not find any merits to entertain such a writ petition. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved over his non selection, it is for him to challenge the appointment order in favour of the 3rd parties, if he is so advised.
6. With the said observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
