the file of the Inspector of Police, S.P. Pattinam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District and quash the same as illegal.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District by way of e-filing in No.CCLTN20220002328 on 19.01.2026. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
