Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC, in Cr.No.76 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner way laid the defacto complainant and attacked him with wooden log and gave life threat to him and abused him in filthy language. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Accordingly, he prayed for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that there are six previous cases against this petitioner. Accordingly, he vehemently opposed to entertain this petition.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and since the petitioner is having six previous cases against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
