Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent University herein to accept forthwith the Ph.D.Thesis submitted by the petitioner on 30/01/2020 and conduct Viva within a reasonable time as may be specified by this Court. ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to some complaint filed as against the petitioner, the Ph.D. Thesis submitted by her could not be taken forward. However, the complaint filed as against the petitioner has been enquired and subsequently, it was dropped and therefore, there is no legal impediment today for the respondent University to process the Ph.D. Thesis submitted by the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent University would submit that the complaint filed as against the petitioner has been enquired and completed.

W.P.(MD) No.2182 of 2021 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent University, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
