ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the investigation in Crime No.131 of 2021 and to file final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report dated 28.03.2021 in Crime No.131 of 2021 as 'Mistake of Fact'. He would further submit that RCS notice was not served and the same was not filed before the jurisdictional Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to file a final report in Crime No.131 of 2021 before the concerned Court and serve RCS notice on the petitioner/defacto complainant. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
