The Criminal Original Petition is filed praying to for the records and quash the case in M.C.No.27 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul District.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

3. The only submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that no relief has been sought for against the petitioners and they had been roped in as party respondent.

4. This Court is not inclined to accept the said submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners have been impleaded only for the purpose of getting appropriate relief against the main respondent and the presence of the petitioner is required to adjudicate the issues and pass a binding order. Hence, this Court does not find any reason to interfere the same. However, the appearance of the petitioners before the Court below is dispensed with until and unless the same is required.
