ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to include the petitioner's loan account number 2766 in the beneficiary list as per the G.O.MS.No.15 dated 08.02.2021 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2021.

2.It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner's representation has been considered and by order dated 11.02.2022, his representation has been rejected. 3.In such circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court for the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 11.02.2022 in the manner known to the petitioner under law. The same is recorded. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 11.02.2022 passed by the respondents on the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2021 in the manner known to the petitioner under law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
