ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.20 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.20 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police has been completed and laid the charge sheet on 16.05.2014.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
