ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents to expeditiously grant monthly maintenance under the scheme "Maintenance grant for severely affected persons" and issue the National Disabled Identification Card under the "National Identity Card Persons with Disabilities" scheme for the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 would submit that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has been complied with by the fourth respondent. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
