ORDER
This Court while dismissing this criminal revision case, vide order dated 19.03.2024, considering the long pendency of the case in Spl.C.C.No.5 of 2016, directed the Special Court for trial of cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of the case in Spl.C.C.No.5 of 2016 within a period of six months and on 27.10.2025, based on the request of the learned Special Judge, Special Court for trial of cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Tiruchirappalli, a further period of three months time was granted to dispose of the said case. 2.Now the learned Special Judge by letter dated 13.02.2026 has requested to further extend the time to dispose of the case. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the case is posted to 23.03.2026 for examining LW.50 to LW54 and LW56 to LW58.

4.Considering the reasons assigned in the letter dated 13.02.2026, the time to dispose of the case in Spl.C.C.No.5 of 2016, is extended by three months from today and the learned Special Judge, Special Court for the trial of cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Tiruchirappalli shall dispose of the case within the extended time.
