The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar District, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.170 of 2014.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that C.C.No.170 of 2014 is posted for trial and P.W.1 was examined in chief (partly) and posted for marking certain documents.
