This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21.01.2021 passed by the second respondent and for a consequential direction to the second respondent to extent the tender period from 2021 to 2022 to the petitioner for collecting money at Sivagangai Weekly Market.

2. Considering the nature of the relief that has been sought for in this Writ Petition, nothing may survive in this Writ Petition, since the tender period pertains to the period from 2021 to 2022.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
