ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 06.11.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has borrowed a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- for his daughter's marriage by mortgaging his property. He further submitted that even though the petitioner has been regularly paying instalments without any default, the mortgagee has trespassed into the petitioner's house and criminally intimidated him and also frequently telephoned and harassing the petitioner and hence, he lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 06.11.2017, but so far no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after the enquiry, the said complaint has been closed as the dispute in Civil Nature.
