ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 07.11.2016. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that one Immanuel Raja started a Company by the name, Madurai Rural Development Transformation India Limited and collected money from various persons including the petitioner. He further stated that the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-, but the said Company failed to return the amounts and hence, he has lodged a complaint on 07.11.2016, but so far no action has been taken.

aforesaid Company and a case has been registered in Crime No.4 of 2014 and after the investigation, a charge sheet was also filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.11 of 2015 by the TNPID Act Courts, Madurai. He further submitted that in the said case, the petitioner's claim is also included and hence this petition has become infructuous.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
