Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the interim order passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai dated 21.09.2021 in I.A.No.1456 of 2021 in S.A.No.396 of 2021 quash the same in so far as the conditions imposed

thereon and all proceedings in furtherance thereof and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.I.G.Ivyn Advocate for M/s.Isaac Chambers for the Petitioners and none having appeared for the Respondents in person or by an Advocate this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to extend the time period for compliance of the order dated 29.11.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.22744 of 2021 by another two months. 2.On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, we feel that the reasons stated in the affidavit are not satisfactory to extend the time limit to pay the balance amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 29.11.2023. Therefore, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, it is for the petitioners to workout their remedy before the appropriate forum.
