ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 and A2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.478 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first petitioner and the de-facto complaint's father are tenant and landlord and the first petitioner vacated the premises in the month of January 2015, but the defacto complainant failed to repay the advance amount for six months, due to which, the petitioners assaulted the de-facto complainant with dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are the innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that it is a case of case and counter. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the injured had been discharged from the hospital. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 7. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
