COMMON PRAYER:- Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue a working condition certificate for the work in Serial No.1 in Tender Notice No.13/HDO/NH/2023 dated 27.12.2023.
