ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2020 and to provide adequate protection for constructing the house works.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner has sent a complaint by registered post and it was received by the respondent police and an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.52 of 2020. He would further submit that due enquiry would be conducted and if necessary, adequate police protection will be granted to the petitioner.
