ORDER

The petition is filed for a direction to provide police protection. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as far as the complaint of the petitioner is concerned, a case was registered in Crime No.29 of 2023 and thereafter, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and taken on file as C.C.No.166 of 2024, which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Trichy. 3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the party respondents would also submit that the matter is civil in nature and already they have filed a civil suit also. They have also given a counter complaint which is also investigated. Therefore, when the civil dispute is pending before the parties and with reference to the specific incidents has already been investigated by the police and a charge sheet being made, no further orders need to be given in the present petition. 2/4
