ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.05.2014.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.399 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC by the second respondent Police. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
