ORDER

The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.11.2024 seeking adequate police protection to his life and limb. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this petition. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the representation of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent and forwarded to the first respondent and the same pending in current paper before the first respondent for enquiry.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner will appear before the first respondent on 03.02.2025 for enquiry and submit his explanation.

4.In view of the above said undertaking, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent on 08.02.2025 and give her explanation with relevant materials, if any, to the respondent police. Thereafter, the respondent police is directed to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
