ORDER

The petitioner complains that the third respondent is harassing the petitioner before his shop and he does not know why the third respondent keeps doing it.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. This Court paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner was roaming during nights and hence, the third respondent had reasons to suspect him. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would further submit that there is no harassment and the respondent police has no intention to harass the petitioner.

4. To this, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got video footage of the third respondent shouting before the shop, where the petitioner is working as shop https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

keeper.

5. Balancing the rival submissions, this Court now directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Usilmapatti, with any evidencery materials available with him, and the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Usilampatti may take such appropriate action on the same after holding due enquiry.

6. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
