ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 07.12.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused person committed offences under Sections 294(b), 307, 342 and 506(ii) I.P.C., and hence a complaint was lodged on 07.12.2017, but so far no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint to the first respondent by Registered Post and the same has been forwarded to the second respondent and it was received on 09.12.2017 by the second respondent and the enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offences, then he can register a case and proceed further.
