ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur, to dispose the suit in I.A.No.44 of 2019 in S.M.O.P.No.49 of 2019, pending on its file within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. On perusal of the records, it is seen that the arguments of the petitioner counsel heard on 20.09.2019, from that day onwards arguments of the respondent was not heard by the Court below. In which the matter has been periodically adjourned from 29.11.2019 to 06.01.2020 only for hearing the arguments of the respondent side in I.A.No. 44 of 2019 in S.M.O.P.No. 49 of 2019.

3. No doubt, the matter is pending for more than a year and the petitioner's side arguments is over, this Court, in the interest of justice, directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur, to dispose of the I.A.No.44 of 2019 in S.M.O.P.No.49 of 2019, pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
