This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that no complaint is preferred against the petitioners and the second respondent is neither harassing the petitioners nor interested in harassing the petitioners whatsoever.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that now the presence of the

petitioner is not necessary to the respondent police either for interrogation or for enquiry.
