ORDER

This Court finds that for the grievance of the petitioner, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition, he appears to have approached the authority concerned only on 27.01.2021 and without giving reasonable time to the authority concerned to take action on the representation, he has needlessly rushed to this Court by invoking its extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

2.In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
