This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a charge sheet before the learned III Additional Sessions Court for (P.C.R) Cases, Madurai in counter case in Cr.No.208 of 2018 on the file of the fourth respondent for simultaneous trial along with Spl.S.C.No.30 of 2019 on the file of the learned III Additional Sessions Court for (P.C.R.)
