ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 particularly the second respondent to take appropriate leal action/investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.01.2026 against the respondents 3 to 8.
2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner's complaint was already enquired and the same was closed.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same. No Costs.
