O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry is conducted and closed. He would further submit that the respondent police has no intention to harass the petitioner.

4. Inasmuch as the petition filed against the petitioner has been closed, the presence of the petitioner is not necessary.
