The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in IDOP No.311 of 2021, from the file of the District Judge(Family Court), Tiruvallur to the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil, since she is residing at Nagercoil.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even though the name of the respondent printed in the cause list, no one has appeared.

3. Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the IDOP No.311 of 2021 pending on the file of the District Judge(Family Court), Tiruvallur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Family Court, Thiruvallur is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
