ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 25.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there existed property dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

3. Admittedly, there is no enforceable decree or judgment from the competent civil Court and as such, the granting of police protection does 2/4

not arise at all. As of now, leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 30.01.2023 NCC :
