ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram to consider the recall warrant petition filed by the petitioner on the same day in the event of surrender by the petitioner and to re-call the Non-Bailable Warrant issued in P.R.C.No.84 of 2019, dated 11.03.2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that while pending this Criminal Original Petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, re-called the warrant on 23.11.2021.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
