[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents to renovate Arulmigu Kailasanatha Swamy Temple, Thirupattur, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District on the basis of the report filed by the third respondent.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 6, based on the written instructions from the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, vide letter dated 01.07.2024, would submit that a sum of Rs.100 Crores has been allotted for renovation of several temples. Accordingly, a sum of Rs.2,10,00,000/- has been allotted to renovate Arulmigu Kailasanatha Swamy Temple, Thirupattur, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District.

3. In view of the fact that the budget has already been allotted for renovation of the subject temple, this Court is of the view that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed.
