ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings pending in Crime No.285 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent police.

This Court taking note of the affidavit of the defacto complainant and also the joint compromise memo signed by both the petitioner and the second respondent/defacto caomplainant and also their respective counsel and finding the dispute to be a trivial one between the persons belonging to the same village, this Court accepts the memo of compromise and directs that all the further proceedings relating to Crime No.285 of 2014 shall stand quashed.
