This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in Crime No.91 of 2019 dated 27.11.2019 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.91 of 2019 and Charge Sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, on 27.01.2020, and pending for taking cognizance.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
