subsequently the case was Split-Up in PRC No.25/2025 pending disposal of the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Tiruchirapalli District.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of IPC P.R.C.No.25 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Tiruchirapalli District, connection with Crime No.123 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner did not receive any summons; therefore, the petitioner was unable to appear before the trial Court, hence, the trial Court has issued an NBW against the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the offences committed by the petitioner are serious in nature.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is directing the petitioner to surrender and submit a recall petition before the trial Court. Upon such a petition being filed, the trial Judge shall consider the petition in accordance with the law on its merits on the same date.
5.With the above said directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
