ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents not to harass the petitioner and her son namely Thiyagarajan in the name of enquiry / investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Executive Magistrate has issued a process of initiating an action under Section 110 Cr.P.C., but the petitioner is evading notice. petitioner nor intended to harass her.

4. The submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is refused by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5. The submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. If the Executive Magistrate is keen to initiate any action under Section 110 Cr.P.C., he is directed to take notice in the manner that law requires and proceeds strictly as per law.

6. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
