Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police. To forbear them from doing so, this criminal original petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) informs the Court that Crime No.159 of 2021 has been registered against the petitioner. It was registered on 06.04.2021 for the offences under Section 353 of IPC and Section 132 of Representation of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

People Act. The respondent police clarified that only in connection with the said FIR, the respondent police want to secure the petitioner. The petitioner has to necessarily obtain anticipatory bail from the jurisdictional Court. 4.Leaving open the petitioner's other rights and remedies, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
