The present petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in Crime No.32 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent Police, registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 353 and 506 (2) I.P.C.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2019 has been completed and charge sheet has been laid before the concerned Magistrate Court, which was taken on file in C.C.No.81 of 2019. Therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the final report, if there are grounds existing for the same.
