O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to modify the condition imposed by the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Case under SC.ST (POA) Act, Sivagangai by its order dated 31.08.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1136 of 2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)appearing for the respondent. 3.While granting bail to the petitioner, the learned Sessions Judge directed him to appear before the respondent police for a period of 30 days.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a medical practitioner at Madurai and he has been complying the condition from 01.09.2015. In view of the completion of the condition, the petitioner is not able to run the clinic and patients are suffering.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the respondent has completed the investigation and charge sheet has been filed and the same is not yet taken on file. 6.Considering the stage of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. With the above modification, this criminal original petition is allowed.
