[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Challenging the sale notice dated 09.01.2024 issued by the first respondent, the petitioner has filed his writ petition before this Court. 2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank submits that since no bidders have participated, the auction sale was not conducted as scheduled by the respondent bank on 30.01.2024.
3.In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
